Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a human services field or related area.
• Minimum of three years of program and supervisory experience.
• Must be QP qualified professional.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Guide and manage Program Supervisors and coordinate supports for clients.
• Collaborate with MCOs to set personalized daily living plans.
• Oversee budget development and financial monitoring for the program.
• Ensure program operations align with regulatory and contractual requirements.
