Job summary

Dungarvin Inc. seeks a Program Supervisor to oversee staff across designated programs and coordinate services for individuals with developmental or medical needs. You will ensure accurate documentation, support program implementation, and maintain regulatory compliance while fostering teamwork and positive outcomes.

The role emphasizes direct service, training, and hands-on support to promote safety, growth, and independence for those we serve. Strong communication and organization are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required due to transporting persons served.
• Candidates must be comfortable driving to transport persons served.
• Minimum 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Two-year degree in related social services or two years supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and oversight of all employees at assigned programs.
• Monitor, coordinate, and ensure all services to the individual are delivered.
• Ensure all direct service shifts are filled in their program(s).
• Provide training for employees.
• Conduct monthly staff meetings.
• Provide hands-on assistance, encouragement, mentoring, and guidance.
• Ensure the comfort, safety, and personal growth of the individuals we serve.
