You will manage staff orientation and ongoing training while coordinating program goals and plans. Strong communication and decision-making are essential for success in this position, including weekend and on-call flexibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a human services field preferred.
• 2-3 years of management experience with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate the assigned program(s) including residential or day programs.
• Direct care supervision and ensure orientation and ongoing training for staff.
• Manage program operations, including medical, financial and maintenance aspects under site leadership.
