Job summary

Dungarvin Inc. is seeking a Program Supervisor to deliver high-quality supports to individuals with disabilities. You will supervise Day program staff, coordinate services, and ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance.

This role blends hands-on direct support with program coordination and training, offering growth opportunities, paid training, and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two-year degree in social services and/or two years supervisory experience preferred.
• Person-centered, patient, and kind.
• Dependable, adaptable, flexible.
• Good communication and collaboration with team.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision of all employees at Day programs.
• Coordinate and ensure services are delivered to individuals.
• Fill direct service shifts in program(s) as needed.
• Provide training for employees.
• Conduct monthly staff meetings.
• Offer hands-on assistance, encouragement, mentoring and guidance.
• Ensure safety and personal growth of individuals served.
