Job summary

Dungarvin is seeking a Program Supervisor to lead our direct support team and coordinate program operations. The role combines hands-on supervision with administrative tasks to ensure high-quality, compliant services for individuals with developmental disabilities and complex medical needs.

The position emphasizes training, staff development, and collaboration with internal and external teams to support person-centered outcomes and safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• High school diploma/GED equivalent required.
• Two-year degree in related social services and/or supervisory experience preferred.
• Person-centered, patient and kind.
• Dependable, adaptable and flexible.
• Observant and detail oriented.
• Good communication for documenting care and collaborating with the team.
• Valid driver’s license, car and car insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and oversight of all employees at assigned programs.
• Monitor, coordinate, and ensure all services to the individual are delivered.
• Ensure all direct service shifts are filled in program(s).
• Provide training for employees.
• Conduct monthly staff meetings.
• Provide hands-on mentoring and guidance.
• Ensure comfort, safety, and personal growth of individuals served.
• Assist with daily living tasks as needed.
