Job summary

Open Sky Community Services is seeking a Program Coordinator to oversee daily operations and ensure the effective delivery of services. You will supervise staff, coordinate scheduling, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

The role requires a degree in Human Services or equivalent, with supervisory experience and experience serving adults with disabilities. Compensation includes hourly differential opportunities and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or higher in Human Services or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Experience working with adults with disabilities, required.
• Supervisory experience, required.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision, coaching, and professional development to direct support and program staff.
• Facilitate regular staff meetings and participate in supervision and team meetings.
• Manage and monitor program budgets and related administrative responsibilities.
• Develop, implement, and monitor procedures ensuring health, safety, and well-being of individuals served.
• Assist individuals with accessing transportation and community resources to support service goals.
