Qualifications

• Supervisory experience required.
• Experience working with adults with disabilities required.
• Alternative education/experience acceptable in lieu of formal education.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision, coaching, and professional development to direct support and program staff.
• Facilitate regular staff meetings and participate in supervision and team meetings.
• Manage and monitor program budgets and related administrative responsibilities.
• Develop, implement, and monitor procedures to ensure health, safety, and well-being of individuals served.
• Assist individuals with accessing transportation and community resources as needed to support service goals.
