Job summary

Open Sky Community Services is seeking a Program Coordinator to oversee day-to-day program operations, staff supervision, and service delivery. The role focuses on ensuring compliance, safety, and quality in supports for individuals served in Central Massachusetts.

The ideal candidate holds an associate degree or higher in Human or Social Services and has experience supervising teams and working with adults with disabilities.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or higher in Human Services or Social Services related field, or equivalent required.
• Alternative education/experience in lieu of formal education will be considered.
• Experience working with adults with disabilities, required.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day program operations leadership and oversight of staff.
• Supervise, coach and develop direct support and program staff.
• Facilitate regular staff meetings and supervision sessions.
• Manage program budgets and related administrative duties.
• Develop and monitor procedures to ensure health, safety, and well-being.
• Assist individuals with transportation and access to community resources.
