Open Sky Community Services seeks a Program Coordinator to oversee day-to-day program operations, ensure effective service delivery, and lead staff with scheduling and compliance. The role emphasizes health, safety, and individual plans, coordinating activities with team members.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or higher in Human Services or Social Services related field, or equivalent required.
• Alternative education/experience in lieu of formal education will be considered.
• Experience working with adults with disabilities, required.
• Supervisory experience, required.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision, coaching, and professional development to direct support and program staff.
• Facilitate regular staff meetings and participate in supervision, team meetings, and other assigned organizational meetings.
• Manage and monitor program budgets and related administrative responsibilities.
• Develop, implement, and monitor procedures that ensure the health, safety, and well-being of individuals served.
• Assist individuals with accessing transportation and community resources as needed to support service goals and participation.
