Responsibilities

• Coordinate intake and oversee levels of care to ensure least restrictive environment
• Support staff in service planning, licensing foster homes, and contract documentation
• Provide crisis intervention and on-call coverage as needed
• Lead team to maintain high-quality services and positive client outcomes
• Ensure timely and professional documentation adhering to contractual guidelines
