Job summary

Ascentria Care Alliance is seeking a Program Coordinator to oversee day-to-day operations, ensure quality and regulatory compliance, and supervise staff in the service division. The role emphasizes trauma-informed care, family engagement, and community collaboration.

The coordinator will oversee intake, licensing, and program development, while maintaining open communication with families, kin, and partners. Strong leadership, crisis management, and MSW credentials are essential for success.

Qualifications

• MA: Master’s Degree in Social Work or related field; 5 years in child/family settings preferred.
• ASWB licensure (LICSW/LCSW/LSW/LSWA) required or obtainable.
• Ability to supervise staff and manage crises; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate intake, support and coordination of levels of care for youth to ensure least restrictive environment.
• Provide leadership and supervision to staff; ensure program meets regulatory guidelines and performance measures.
• Facilitate trainings, maintain documentation, and collaborate with stakeholders and community partners.
