Job summary

AscentriaCare Alliance in Massachusetts seeks a Program Coordinator to support day-to-day operations, oversee quality control, regulatory reporting, and program development. The role includes staff supervision where applicable and ensuring services meet contractual requirements.

You will lead a Trauma-Informed, family-centered approach, coordinate intake and levels of care, train staff, handle crisis response, and collaborate with families and community partners to promote foster care and client

Responsibilities

• Coordinate intake and overall support across levels of care to ensure least restrictive environment.
• Support staff to meet job requirements and coordinate with families and kin.
• Assure services meet performance measures and contractual obligations of foster care.
• Apply trauma-informed, human-centered, strength-based approach with clients, families, and collaterals.
• Develop expertise in placing children at appropriate levels of care and least restrictive environment.
• Maintain documentation completeness and timeliness per guidelines.
• Provide training for staff and participate in required trainings.
• Lead team to ensure high-quality services for clients, families, and community.
• Provide crisis intervention and on-call responsibilities.
• Inform Program Manager of incidents and exercise professional judgment.
• Support PQI efforts and outcomes measures to assess impact.
• Coordinate community outreach and foster care recruitment presentations.
