Job summary

Arizona's Children Association seeks a Program Supervisor to provide administrative oversight of assigned programs and to lead the program supervision team, coordinating with others to achieve outcomes. The role ensures adherence to agency policies, state laws, contracts, and funding requirements, while maintaining professional standards.

The candidate will supervise staff, oversee contracted and volunteer services, supervise training, participate in budgeting, and collaborate with the director

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or related field and 2 years professional experience in behavioral health/child welfare.
• Master's degree with 1 year experience in behavioral health/child welfare field.
• 1 year supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides supervision and support to staff; maintains professional accountability.
• Oversees services performed by contracted staff, interns, and volunteers.
• Organizes training opportunities and shares staff expertise for the assigned program area.
• Interviews and selects candidates following agency best practices.
• Participates in program evaluation and research activities.
• Partners with finance, HR, IT, facilities, and other areas as needed.
• Implements program services per contract requirements.
• Manages program budgeting with director oversight.
• Maintains communication with referral sources to ensure service delivery.
• Represents the director in absence and participates in budgeting and funding discussions.
