This entry level supervisory position involves leading a staff team, ensuring active treatment, and coordinating resources and training to support persons served.
You will monitor attendance, arrange temporary staff when needed, and work with the program manager to reduce turnover while maintaining compliance with relevant regulations.

This is an entry level position.

EDUCATION:
Associate Degree is required; Bachelor’s degree in a related area is preferred
EXPERIENCE:
Two years of supervisory experience. Experience working with persons with intellectual disabilities is a plus. Must be able to work a flexible schedule. Must have a care and an acceptable driving record as determined by criteria established by the agency’s insurance carrier and policy.
NOTE: At the discretion of the Personnel Officer, additional related experience and/or education may be substituted in lieu of the requirements specified above under Education and Experience.
