Chimes International LTD in Newark, DE, is hiring an entry-level supervisor to lead a team supporting individuals with intellectual and behavioral challenges. You will provide supervision, coaching, and performance feedback, ensuring active treatment and compliance with program standards.
This role emphasizes staff development, incident documentation, crisis intervention, and collaboration with the program manager to optimize staffing and service quality.

EDUCATION:
Associate Degree is required; Bachelor’s degree in a related area is preferred
EXPERIENCE:
Two years of supervisory experience. Experience working with persons with intellectual disabilities is a plus. Must be able to work a flexible schedule. Must have a care and an acceptable driving record as determined by criteria established by the agency’s insurance carrier and policy.
NOTE: At the discretion of the Personnel Officer, additional related experience and/or education may be substituted in lieu of the requirements specified above under Education and Experience.
