Job summary

Terros Health is seeking a Program Supervisor to lead the Community Living Program at Tempe and Mesa locations. Under program leadership, you will organize activities, manage staff, and ensure compliance with policies and service standards.

You will oversee client screenings, documentation, and quality improvement measures for adults with substance use, SMI, or dual diagnoses, while promoting overall wellness and outcomes for the program.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/Associate/Master’s in behavioral health or related field and relevant experience.
  • Minimum 1 year supervisor experience preferred.
  • Ability to manage staff, schedules, and performance reviews.

Responsibilities

  • Directs program operations across Tempe and Mesa sites.
  • Implements standards, policies, and procedures for the program.
  • Oversees staffing, training, and performance management.
  • Maintains program documentation and data for quality improvement.
  • Coordinates with management and external partners to ensure service delivery.

The Program Supervisor is responsible for the overall performance of the assigned location and employees, to include performance management, training, scheduling/coverage, crisis management, client screenings/assessments and required documentation.Full-Time Employed: 40 hours/weekM-F 8:30a - 5:30pLocations: Tempe, AZ 85282 and Mesa, AZ 85201This role manages two Community Living Program locationsAdditional Language Differential Pay AvailableFull Benefits Package, including 401KGenerous PTO/Sick Time (4+ weeks in year 1)Duties Include:Directs program functions;
