Job summary

Terros Health is seeking a Full-Time Program Supervisor for the Mitchell location in Phoenix, AZ. The role leads the Turning the Tide (T3) program, ensures grant compliance, and supports staff with complex client cases while advancing prevention activities and community partnerships.

You will oversee data quality, reporting, and service delivery, provide mentorship, and collaborate with partners to sustain program impact. A Bachelor’s in public health or related field is preferred.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in public health, behavioral health, prevention science, social work, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year in HIV/STI prevention, outreach, education or related public health experience; 1 year supervisory/lead experience required.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required.

  • Provides programmatic guidance to staff on complex client situations and outreach activities.

The Program Supervisor may provide direct client services including intervention, outreach, education, HIV/STI testing, prevention activities, and client support services as needed.
