Job summary

ServiceNet in South Deerfield, MA is seeking a compassionate Program Site Manager to lead daily operations in a supportive home setting for residents with developmental disabilities or brain injuries. You will supervise staff, coordinate schedules, help residents with routines, administer medications as needed, and ensure safety and wellbeing.

The role requires experience with relevant populations, a valid driver’s license, basic computer skills, and the ability to assist residents physically.

Qualifications

• Experience working with people who have developmental delays or brain injuries.
• Valid driver’s license for at least six months and a good driving record.
• Basic computer skills.
• Physical ability to help residents and keep them safe.
• Training in MAP, PABC, and/or First Aid is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build Strong Relationships: Get to know each resident personally, understand what makes them happy, and help them achieve their dreams.
• Provide Daily Support: Assist residents with routines, prepare meals, clean, and engage in activities; administer medications as needed.
• Stay Organized and On Track: Manage resident information, monitor staff schedules, complete paperwork and attend meetings.
• Lead and Collaborate: Work with Program Director, supervise staff, and set goals to support each resident’s growth.
