Job summary

ServiceNet is seeking a compassionate Program Site Manager to oversee a residential program for individuals with developmental disabilities or brain injuries at our Worcester County site. The role focuses on leadership, safety, and person-centered care, with MAP training available. This is opening early 2027 in Worcester County.

You will supervise staff, coordinate daily activities, ensure health and safety protocols, and drive program development in a supportive nonprofit environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading residential programs for individuals with developmental disabilities or brain injuries.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and scheduling.
• Physical ability to assist residents as needed.
• Bonus: MAP, PABC, or First Aid training.

Responsibilities

• Support and empower residents with daily routines and goal setting.
• Ensure resident safety and well-being including transportation and health protocols.
• Lead and supervise staff; collaborate with Program Director for smooth operations.
• Stay organized by managing staff schedules and documentation.
