Job summary

ServiceNet is seeking a compassionate Site Manager to oversee residential programs in Feeding Hills, MA. The role involves supervising staff, coordinating daily activities, and ensuring residents receive safe, person-centered care.

You will work closely with the Program Director to develop goals for each resident and implement plans that promote independence and well-being. A MAP/First Aid background is a plus, along with a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Experience working with people who have developmental delays or brain injuries.
• Valid driver’s license for at least six months and a good driving record.
• Basic computer skills.
• Physical ability to help residents and keep them safe.
• Training in MAP (Medication Administration Program), PABC, and/or First Aid is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with residents, understand needs, and support social connections.
• Provide daily support with routines, meals, medications, and transportation.
• Stay organized: track resident information, monitor staff schedules, and assist with paperwork and meetings.
• Lead and collaborate with the Program Director to ensure smooth home operations and staff training.
