ServiceNet is seeking a compassionate Site Manager to oversee residential programs in South Deerfield, MA. You’ll supervise staff, coordinate daily resident supports, and ensure safety and well‑being, including medication administration when needed.

The role emphasizes building relationships with residents, families, and the community, with opportunities for growth, competitive benefits, and a supportive team committed to meaningful outcomes.

Formación

• Experience working with people who have developmental delays or brain injuries is required.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record is required.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Physical ability to assist residents and maintain safety.
• MAP/ PABC/ First Aid training is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Build strong relationships by getting to know each resident and supporting their goals.
• Provide daily support with routines, meals, activities, and transportation as needed.
• Stay organized: track resident information, staff schedules, and complete paperwork.
• Lead and collaborate with Program Director to supervise and train staff and pursue resident-centered goals.
