Job summary

PTAG is seeking a Planning and Scheduling Lead in Houston, TX to lead the development, integration, governance, and analysis of the program schedule for the US facilities scope. The role focuses on creating integrated Level 1 through Level 4 schedules using Primavera P6 and coordinating with multiple contractors to maintain schedule integrity.

Qualifications

• Advanced Primavera P6 proficiency, including multi-contractor schedule integration.
• Major capital project scheduling at a program or lead level.
• Experience with integrated schedule development and baseline management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated Level 1–4 schedules using Primavera P6.
• Integrate contractor schedules into the master program schedule.
• Perform schedule analysis, critical path and float analysis, and progress measurement.
• Lead scheduling governance and establish standards across contractors.
