Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a seasoned Project Scheduler in Houston, TX. You will work with the project team to prepare schedule data for proposals or contract negotiations, apply unit hour and pricing data, and perform schedule integrations to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 5–8 years of relevant experience or 9–12 years of relevant work experience.
• Proven experience with planning, scheduling, and coordination in the field and home office.

Responsibilities

• Prepares schedule data for proposals or contract negotiations.
• Establishes and maintains the schedule for a specific discipline area or specialty.
• Develops work breakdown structure (WBS), determines activity durations, and creates the required workflow logic.
• Monitors critical path and updates schedule performance metrics; supports recovery plans and subcontractor schedule evaluations.
