Job summary

Gallop Contracting Group Inc. is seeking a Primavera P6 Scheduler/Planner in Houston to build and maintain complex project schedules, track progress against baselines, and report schedule risks.

You will coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure timely delivery and accurate baselines. The role requires hands-on Primavera P6 proficiency, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple schedules with attention to detail and time

Qualifications

• Experience with Primavera P6 and MS Office.
• Background in planning, project controls, construction, or infrastructure is common.
• Strong analytical, communication, and time-management skills are often required.

Responsibilities

• Create and update project schedules in Primavera P6.
• Monitor progress, compare actuals to baseline plans, and report variances.
• Track progress against milestones, deadlines, and baselines.
• Analyze critical path, delays, risks, and schedule changes.
• Perform critical path and schedule risk analysis.
• Coordinate schedule inputs from engineers, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Prepare look-ahead reports, progress reports, and presentations.
• Primavera P6 proficiency.
