Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related discipline.
• 8–12 years of scheduling or project controls experience on large industrial, energy, EPC, oil & gas, power generation, data center, or heavy construction projects.
• Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6 is required; experience with other project controls tools preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and leadership abilities.
• Experience with CPM scheduling, EVM, forecasting, and schedule governance.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and manage integrated master schedules for multiple concurrent capital projects from engineering through commissioning and closeout.
• Lead project scheduling strategy using Primavera P6 and other industry-standard planning tools.
• Develop resource-loaded and cost-loaded schedules to support forecasting and project controls.
• Perform critical path, float, productivity, earned value, and schedule variance analyses to identify project risks and opportunities.
• Partner with Project Managers, Construction Managers, Engineering, Procurement, and executive leadership to develop realistic execution plans and recovery strategies.
• Facilitate schedule review meetings and present schedule health, milestone status, forecasts, and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Monitor schedule performance through regular updates, narratives, variance analysis, and look-ahead schedules; identify delays and risks and propose corrective actions.
• Evaluate contractor/subcontractor schedules for accuracy and integration into the master schedule.
