Job summary

Saylor Consulting Group is seeking a Program Scheduler in San Francisco to support a major capital improvement program. The role requires Primavera P6 expertise, including resource-loaded and cost-loaded scheduling, and coordinating with multiple project teams to produce a consolidated program schedule.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of P6 scheduling experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage complex, interdependent schedules in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of scheduling experience using Primavera P6.
• Experience with resource-loaded schedules in P6.
• Experience with cost-loaded schedules in P6 and integration into program level schedules.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with multiple project managers.
• Excellent organizational skills and proactive information gathering.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update an integrated master program schedule using Primavera P6.
• Coordinate with project managers to obtain project schedules, updates, milestones, and resource- and cost-loading information.
• Integrate resource-loaded and cost-loaded project schedules into the consolidated program schedule.
• Manipulate and manage scheduling, resource, and cost data within P6 to ensure accuracy.
• Monitor milestones, interdependencies, and conflicts across projects.
• Identify schedule changes and communicate impacts to program management.
• Develop relationships with project teams to facilitate information sharing.
• Prepare program-level schedule updates and reports for management.
