Job summary

Father Flanagan's Boys' Home seeks a leader to direct the development and dissemination of Program Replication, ensuring high-quality services across external sites. You will oversee curriculum updates, research, marketing collateral, and cross-training initiatives to support fidelity across programs.

You will collaborate with multiple departments to authorize replicated programs, review implementation outcomes, and drive revenue opportunities while shaping staff development and training

Qualifications

• Master's degree in education, behavioral science, or related field required.
• Minimum 5 years of teaching or administrative experience with School Board Members and District Administrators and Agency Directors.
• Minimum 1 year of experience training virtually and in-person consultants, trainers, supervisors, or administrators.
• Ability to travel to meet job requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and direction on program replication to ensure quality service delivery to outside agencies.
• Coordinates integration, development, and operations of replicated programs across sites and external agencies.
• Reviews implementation and outcome data to ensure fidelity to the program model.
• Collaborates with marketing, finance, sales, IT, research, advocacy, legal, external program leaders and state agencies.
• Provides cross-training to staff within the National Training department and oversees staff development.
• Develops training materials and participates in revision of workshop materials and training outlines.
• Monitors replication goals, data collection, and consultation processes and pursues networking opportunities.
• Manages revenue generation for program replication and pursues funding opportunities.
• Develops annual goals to enhance staff development and program initiatives.
• Assists in negotiation of service packaging and delivery terms.
