Job summary

Boys Town is seeking a senior professional to provide leadership for the development and dissemination of Program Replication across internal sites and external agencies. You will collaborate with marketing, finance, IT, research, and state agencies to ensure fidelity and scale of programs.

The role requires Master’s degree, 5+ years of teaching/administrative experience, and travel, with a focus on building partnerships and expanding replication opportunities across sites.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in education, behavioral science, or related field.
  • 5+ years of teaching or administrative experience.
  • 1 year of experience training virtually and in-person consultants, trainers, supervisors, or administrators.
  • Ability to travel to meet job requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Provides leadership and direction on the development and dissemination of Program Replication to ensure quality service delivery to outside agencies.
  • Oversees cross-training of staff and collaboration with internal teams to support replication across sites.
  • Reviews implementation data and fidelity instruments to ensure consistency with Boys Town model.
  • Provides consultation and analytical services to sites and external agencies.
  • Develops goals and strategies to expand program replication and revenue opportunities.
