The Site Coordinator serves as the on-site administrator responsible for the daily implementation, coordination, and successful operation of the 21st Century Community Learning Center (21st CCLC) program. Site Coordinators ensure that academic enrichment, youth development, and family engagement activities are delivered with fidelity while maintaining compliance with all federal grant requirements, organizational policies, and program expectations. They supervise program staff, coordinate schedules and daily operations, communicate with families, school personnel, and community partners, monitor attendance and program quality, and maintain accurate documentation and data for reporting. Through effective leadership and operational oversight, Site Coordinators foster a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment that supports student success, strengthens family partnerships, and contributes to positive program outcomes.
