Tekla Research, Inc. is seeking a Program/Project/Management Analyst (Journeyman) in Lexington Park, MD. The role requires a Journeyman level with 3–10 years of experience in evaluating program and project objectives through comprehensive analyses.

The candidate must be a U.S. citizen with an active Secret clearance and a BA/BS degree. The position supports government acquisition programs and requires strong data management and procurement coordination.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and track program requirements, status, budgets, and schedules to align with milestones.

• Participate in IPT meetings, prepare status briefs and memos, handle high-level correspondence.
• Assist in developing SOWs and generate CDRLs; manage procurement data in PMT and related tools.
• Coordinate procurement planning meetings and manage routing/tracking of planning documents.

Program/Project/Management Analyst, Journeyman

• Lexington Park, MD Must be a U.S. Citizen Clearance Required: Active Secret Required Education: Journeyman - BA/BS degree. Required Experience: Journeyman - 3 to 10 years of experience performing duties described in the functional description. Functional Description:Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives, performing comprehensive management, technical, and business case analyses
• PMA-202 Aircrew Combat Effectiveness Team.
• Analyzes and tracks program requirements, status, budgets, and schedules to ensure alignment with milestones.
• Collects, organizes, and interprets data relating to aircraft, weapon, or project acquisition and product programs.
• Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management, and data management.
• Participates actively in IPT meetings, with the capability to complete status briefs, draft official memos, and handle high-level correspondence.
• Supports the IPT by scheduling, organizing meetings, and managing essential program data.
• Assists in the development of Statements of Work (SOWs) and generates Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) within the AMS CDRL Tool
• Manages procurement in PMT and develops, manages, and creates Procurement Initiation Documents (PIDs) and PID packages
• Coordinates and prepares actions required by Procurement Planning Conferences (PPCs) and manages the routing and tracking of Planning Agreements.
• Inputs, tracks, and reports on PMT actions, milestones, and program status.
• Develops and coordinates program documentation, required acquisition documents, and program budget/resource plans.
• Assists in creating and updating spend plans using CSPT and Resource Management Tools (RMTs), facilitating spend plan tracking and ensuring alignment between SPID entries and the IPT strategy.

• Salary: The projected salary range for this position is $80,000-$110,000; however, this is not a guarantee of salary. Salary will be set based on experience and contractual requirements.
