Job summary

ACT1 Federal seeks a Program/Project/Management Analyst to coordinate with PMA customers supporting a Navy program at Naval Air Station Patuxent River (Pax).

Responsibilities include applying analytical techniques, evaluating objectives, tracking status and schedules, and performing analyses across program elements. Active Secret clearance preferred; formal DoD program experience required.

Qualifications

• Three to ten years of DoD program/project/management analyst experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, business management, finance, accounting, or related disciplines.
• In lieu of a degree, an Associate’s degree with two additional years of work experience may be substituted; four years may substitute.
• Experience in program management, IPT lead, or operational fleet experience integrated with cost, schedule, and performance.
• Strong customer relations, analytics, and documentation skills.

• Perform management, technical, or business case analyses.

• Bachelor’s Degreebusiness administration, business management, finance, accounting, or other technical-related disciplines.
• In lieu of aBachelor’sdegree, anAssociate’sdegree plus two (2)additionalyears of work experience may be substituted. In lieu of a degree, anadditionalfour (4) years of experience may be substituted.
• Experience in program management, IPT lead, or operational fleet experience integrated with program management cost, schedule, and performance.
• Demonstrated ability to successfully work with large and diverse teams.
• Strong customer relations, analytics, and documentation skills.
• Microsoft Office suiteproficiency, i.e., Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience developing program-level briefs.
• Abilityto work within a challenging, fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Excellentverbal and written communication skills to provide clear status and/or communicate issues.
• Ability to adapt to evolving technology.

Salaries arecommensuratewith experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.MarylandPay Transparency Range: $75,000-$95,000 (full time equivalent)
