Job summary

Precise Systems is seeking a Program/Project/Management Analyst, Journeyman at Patuxent River, MD, supporting PMA-268. Responsibilities include meeting coordination, action-item tracking, calendar management for IPT leads, and cross-functional teamwork to ensure timely cost, schedule, and performance analysis.

The role requires a BA/BS or substitution options, a Secret clearance, 3–10 years of journeyman-level experience, and strong MS Office skills. Hybrid work with travel may be required.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; substitution options available (Associate's +2 years or 4 years experience).
• Must hold or maintain a Secret security clearance; U.S. Citizenship required.
• Three to ten years of journeyman-level experience in labor category preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides detailed meeting support (coordination, preparation, minutes and close out).
• Tracks action items from initiation to closeout with all stakeholders.
• Manages IPT Lead calendars and meeting workloads.
• Coordinates, facilitates, and schedules meetings across a large program portfolio.
• Analyzes program cost, schedule, and performance objectives; coordinates cross-functional activities.
• Assist with running budget and financial reports from CSPT.
• Works with PMT and SOWs/CDRLs/PIDs; supports documentation and data management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
• Exercises strong coordination to schedule program-level meetings.
