WRTP | BIG STEP is seeking a Program & Outreach Support Coordinator in Superior, WI. You will coordinate participant workflows from inquiry to enrollment, support intake, data management, and class/meeting scheduling.

You will maintain confidentiality, support event logistics, and assist with special projects, working with a dynamic, diverse team to ensure excellent participant experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in coordinating programs and outreach is helpful.
• Strong data entry and reporting skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and databases.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct participants, partners, clients, and guests professionally.
• Collaborate with program managers to ensure high-quality customer service.
• Communicate enrollment steps and eligibility requirements to participants.
