Qualifications

• Three years of progressively responsible administrative support experience.
• Experience managing financial, budgetary, procurement, or related administrative processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional-level administrative support to the Student Engagement unit.
• Coordinate calendars, meetings, travel, and projects with campus partners.
• Maintain confidential records and prepare reports for leadership decisions.
• Oversee student employment processes including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and evaluations.
• Assist with budget planning, forecasting, and financial reporting for the unit.
