Job summary

WRTP/BIG STEP seeks a Front Desk Support & Enrollment Agent in Milwaukee. The role greets visitors, handles intake, schedules appointments, and provides enrollment services for TSA PreCheck, TWIC, and HAZMAT programs.

You will assist with data entry, records management, and event support while maintaining confidentiality. The position requires strong communication, multi-tasking, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Must pass federal background check, drug test, and reference/employment verification.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, participants, partners, vendors, and callers.
• Greet clients and direct them to the appropriate person or service area.
• Assist walk-in individuals with general inquiries, intake processes, and scheduling.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate participant information and records.
• Maintain confidentiality of all agency files and participant records.
