Responsibilities

• Identify and contact local businesses, organizations, educational institutions, and community groups.
• Build and maintain relationships with community leaders and business representatives.
• Recruit groups of participants meeting project requirements.
• Explain the project scope, compensation, and participation process.
• Coordinate participant schedules and recording sessions.
• Serve as main point of contact between participants and the TSMG operations team.
• Track progress and maintain recruitment and attendance records.
• Address participant questions and logistical issues.
• Provide onboarding information and documentation to participants.
• Support participant engagement and retention.
• Report recruitment progress to the TSMG team.
