Job summary

Hope Services in Silicon Valley seeks candidates to enhance program and service quality through associate level program administration of clinical and financial aspects. The role supports medical records, data collection, and quality control within Counseling programs.

It offers field work and collaborative, multi-disciplinary teamwork to improve client outcomes. This position requires a BA/BS, eligibility for billable SCCMH work, and interest in developmental disability or psychology.

Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree required.
  • Meet eligibility requirements for billable SCCMH work.
  • Clinical interest in developmental disability or psychology; substitutions allowed for accounting/finance/project management experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage special projects or contracted services.
  • Supervise quality of clinical records in Mental Health department; analyze outcomes and suggest improvements.
  • Gather data on clinical outcomes and help tabulate for research, presentations and reports.
  • Provide counseling quality control; compare billing and clinical records for accuracy.
  • Attend SCCMH trainings on clinical work and Unicare; participate in meetings as needed.
  • Assist with implementing an EHR in front office.
  • Be an integral member of a multidisciplinary team to meet client needs.
  • Assist with scheduling clinical contacts and handling phone inquiries from clients and agencies.
  • Perform other duties to ensure program efficiency and quality.
  • Go into the field to gather information or assist in quality service delivery.
  • Assist with major events involving clients and families, including parent nights.
