Job summary

Hope Services, Silicon Valley's leading provider of services to people with developmental disabilities and mental health needs, seeks a candidate to administer associate-level programs within Counseling. You will support program quality, monitor medical records, gather data, and help ensure completeness of records.

Qualifications

• Proficient in word processing, spreadsheets and databases.
• Ability to conduct independent research and analyze data.
• Knowledge of management principles and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage special projects or contracted services.
• Oversee clinical records quality and analyze outcomes.
• Collect data on outcomes and prepare reports.
• Ensure billing records align with clinical records.
• Attend SCCMH trainings and meetings.
• Support EHR implementation in the front office.
• Participate in a multidisciplinary team for client needs.
• Schedule clinical contacts and respond to inquiries.
• Assist with major events involving clients and families.
• Engage in fieldwork to gather information for quality service.
