Job summary

RTX is seeking a Program Operations Manager (POM) to oversee Returns, Repairs, and end items for the Global Patriot product line in Andover, MA. The role requires coordinating with Global Supply Chain, Subcontracts, and Engineering to meet commitments and drive accountability across teams.

The position demands a university degree (or advanced degree) with substantial experience, and the ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance. Onsite work and collaboration across functions are essential.

Qualifications

University degree or equivalent experience with 8+ years, or an advanced degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-s issued security clearance.
U.S. citizenship is required for security clearance eligibility.
Experience leading cross-functional teams in a complex defense environment.
Understanding of manufacturing tool sets and DD250 processes within defense contracting is preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage the coordination and execution of program schedules with Global Supply Chain Management, Subcontracts, Engineering, and other functional areas.
Support actions to meet customer commitments and delivery requirements.
Coordinate, drive and mitigate accountability across business teams and elevate across cross-functional teams.
Reduce Repair Turn Around Time (RTAT) for Returns and Repairs.
