Job summary

RTX is seeking a Material Program Manager (MPM) to lead Global Supply Chain activities on Global Patriot International Programs in an onsite role based in Andover, MA, or nearby locations. You will partner with PMO, IPTs, procurement and FP&A to drive forecasts, risk management and program baselining across the life cycle from capture to sustainment.

The ideal candidate has a university degree with 8+ years of experience (or an advanced degree with 5+ years) and strong budget, EV, and MRP

Qualifications

University degree or equivalent experience with 8+ years, or an advanced degree with 5+ years.
Experience with budget and Earned Value (EV) management, MRP systems and tools such as PRISM and KINAXIS, ROM Tool, AOP, and/or proposals.
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Responsibilities

Represent GSC and interface to the PMO.
Report program status and communicate issues to customers; propose solutions.
Prepare monthly material sales forecasts using the Material Forecast Tool (MFT) and align with IPTs, Procurement and FP&A; perform variance analysis.
Manage material sales risk and opportunity using ROM Tool for predictability.
Support program start-up activities, including MPP, CFB and baselining.
Support bottoms-up proposal management with PMER kicks-offs and LADS Proposals Team.
Assist with program audits (internal and external) including USG Material Pricing Audits.
Support EXIM licensing requirements and Part 130 Sweeps.
