Job summary

RTX in Andover, MA seeks a Program Operations Manager to lead Returns, Repairs, and end-item deliveries to 19 ally countries. You will coordinate across functions, drive schedule execution, and work with Manufacturing and Engineering to reduce repair turnaround time.

Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain a DoD security clearance; prior experience in DoD or defense programs is preferred. The role offers onsite work at RTX facilities in Andover, MA with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Requires a university degree or equivalent plus 8 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 5+ years of related experience.
• Demonstrated leadership across cross-functional teams.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance (U.S. citizenship required).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate program schedules with Global Supply Chain, Subcontracts, Engineering and other functions.
• Drive actions to meet customer commitments and milestones.
• Mitigate accountability across business teams and elevates across cross-functional teams.
