Job summary

RTX seeks a Program Operations Manager to be located onsite in Andover, MA, supporting the Ship System Integration and Sustainment programs. You will be the interface between Operations and the Integrated Program Leadership Team, communicating schedule and cost performance across locations.

You will lead a team of POMs, drive continuous improvement, and coordinate resources to remove barriers in factories while supporting proposals and new program scopes.

Qualifications

• Requires a university degree and 12+ years of experience, or an advanced degree with 10+ years.
• Leadership experience across multiple disciplines/functions is required.
• Experience with manufacturing systems and tools (PRISM, PDM, WAWF, OTDH, Power BI) is preferred.
• Experience in hardware sale processes (DD250) is beneficial.
• Ability to develop proposals and defend ToRs.

Responsibilities

• Act as program focal for manufacturing/hardware deliverables across locations.
• Communicate production status, risks, opportunities, and initiatives to customers and teams.
• Support leadership reviews including Gate, Monthly Operations, Customer and Program Reviews.
• Develop and execute risk and opportunity plans; support BOEs for labor and capital.
