Job summary

RTX is seeking a Material Program Manager to lead Global Supply Chain activities for Global Patriot International Programs. This onsite role will coordinate with the PMO, IPTs, and suppliers to deliver program outcomes in a matrix environment.

You will manage material sales forecasts, risk & opportunity, contract flow-through, baselining, and support start-up/capture activities, with a focus on performance targets and compliance.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with budget and Earned Value management and MRP tools.
• U.S. citizenship or eligible immigration status required.

Responsibilities

• Represent GSC and serve as the GSC interface to the Program Management Office (PMO).
• Report GSC program status and communicate critical issues to external and internal customers, and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare monthly material sales forecasts using the Material Forecast Tool (MFT) and align with IPTs, Procurement and FP&A Teams.
• Manage material sales risk & opportunity using ROM Tool to ensure predictability.
• Support program offsets and localization efforts, including supplier assessment and development.
• Support GSC new Program start-up activities, including MPP, CFB, and baselining.
• Assist bottoms-up proposal management, kick-offs, and CAPA supplier management with LADS Central Proposals team.
• Support program audits (internal and external) and licensing requirements.
