Job summary

Raytheon seeks a Program Operations Manager to be located onsite in Andover, Massachusetts, supporting the Ship System Integration and Sustainment portfolio within the Naval Systems and Sustainment SSBU. This role interfaces Operations with Integrated Program Leadership and reports on schedule and cost performance across multiple factory locations.

You will lead a team of POMs, coordinate resources, manage risks and opportunities, and support proposals and CORE projects.

Qualifications

University degree plus 12 years of relevant experience, or Advanced Degree with 10 years of experience.
Experience leading teams across multiple disciplines.
Experience with manufacturing systems and tools (PRISM, PDM, WAWF, OTDH, Power BI).
Experience in hardware sale process / DD250.
Experience managing manufacturing KPIs.
Ability to develop proposals and defend ToRs.

Responsibilities

Program focal for manufacturing deliverables across locations.
Communicates production status, risks, opportunities and initiatives to customers and internal teams.
Support leadership reviews including Gate, Monthly Operations Reviews, Customer and Program Reviews.
Develop and execute risk and opportunity management plans; support BOEs.
Lead CORE projects to drive continuous improvement.
Lead a team of POMs in multiple locations.
