Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated account management support, including issue resolution, financial performance, contract adherence, solution design and pricing.

• Develop short-term and long-range organizational plans and goals.
• Ensure annual profit, efficiency and quality goals at each client engagement.
• Direct capital expenditure and asset deployment activities.
• Inspire and ensure a Lean culture.
• Travel domestically by road, rail and air as required.
• Work Monday through Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm on 1st shift.

Requirements

• Confirmed logistics or supply chain management experience
• Superior knowledge of the supply chain vertical
• Project management experience
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work or military experience (preferred)
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain effective, reciprocal work relationships within and outside of the company
• Excellent creative thinking and problem-solving skills
• Results-oriented and strategic thinking and approach
• Ability to travel up to 75%
• Must possess a REAL ID-compliant driver's license or passport
• Familiarity and ability to comply with TSA security procedures
• Ability to travel domestically via road, rail and air as required
• Compliance with company travel and expense requirements
• May be required to pass a pre-employment drug test
