Responsibilities

• Load carrier accounts payable and customer accounts receivable contracted rates into various Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
• Resolve disputes and short pays.
• Monitor accounts receivable.
• Set up vendors in COUPA.
• Create blanket purchase orders and pay bills.
• Monitor contractor paperwork and short pay issues.
• Monitor and approve contractor tire program rebills, loans and contractor rebills.
• Manage a chassis fleet of 625 units, including tracking and maintenance and repair (M&R).
• Handle building maintenance and repairs and pay vendors for repairs.
• Assist the Terminal Director with finance and daily operational issues.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent education
• Solid interpersonal skills with ability to establish and maintain effective, collaborative work relationships both internally and externally
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred)
• 2 years of experience in logistics or related field (preferred)
• High level of attention to detail
