Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Background check as required by policy.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Psychology, Sociology, or related field OR 2+ years managerial experience.
• Possess valid driver’s license with driving history criteria.
• CPR/First Aid Certification.
• Current TB clearance.
• Physical ability to work with computer, sit/stand, lift up to 20 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Schedule up to 60 staff on 24 hour shift schedules and ensure coverage.
• Navigate Time Management system for payroll and overtime approvals.
• Align with program mission to prioritize client safety and experience.
• Maintain professionalism and positive staff relationships.
• Demonstrate de-escalation and crisis control for clients in crisis.
• Recruit, hire, and train program staff and ensure proper handoffs.
• Conduct safety surveillance tours and infection control inspections.
• Coordinate client appointments, transport, and cohort communications.
• Participate in leadership meetings and provide coverage as needed.
• Collaborate with Compliance to maintain licensure requirements.
