Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Program Manager to lead and oversee O&M performance for a client program across Maui, HI; Socorro, NM; and Diego Garcia. You will be responsible for cost, schedule, staffing, quality, security, and mission-critical outcomes, coordinating with internal leadership and external partners.

The role requires a strong background in technical services or defense program management, TS/SCI clearance, and the ability to manage multi-site operations in high-pressure

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in technical services or O&M missions.
• Experience managing geographically dispersed, classified, multi-site programs or 24/7 mission-critical environments.
• Clearance TS/SCI is required or can be obtained.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
• Must be able to pass background checks as required by clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide program leadership for contract operations across multiple sites.
• Coordinate staffing, subcontractors, risk mitigation, and PMRs.
• Ensure cost, schedule, staffing, quality, and security objectives are met.
• Maintain program documentation and compliance with standards.
• Lead cross-functional teams and liaise with internal/external partners.
• Support after-hours incident response and travel as required.
