Qualifications

• Background check clearance and authorization to work in Alaska.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily program operations and ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Supervise staff and provide coaching and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, agency, and program regulations.
• Monitor consumer services from intake through ongoing support.
• Facilitate collaboration between departments to maximize access to resources.
• Develop and maintain processes to promote efficiency, accountability, and positive outcomes.
• Support program growth, quality improvement initiatives, and consumer-centered planning.
