Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old to apply.
• Background checks required including ADP Selective Screening.
• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years managerial experience in direct care.
• Valid driver’s license with driving history meets policy requirements.
• CPR/First Aid Certification.
• TB clearance.
• Physical ability to sit, stand, or walk; lift up to 20 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Schedule up to 60 staff on 24-hour shifts with reliable coverage.
• Process payroll and manage timecards using Time Management system.
• Uphold mission, ensure client safety and positive experience daily.
• Maintain professionalism and positive staff relationships.
• De-escalate crises and supervise group activities and staff.
• Hire, train, and orient new program staff and ensure full FTE count.
• Conduct safety surveillance tours and infection control checks.
• Coordinate client appointments and transport; point of contact for cohort.
• Participate in leadership meetings and support other cohorts.
• Collaborate with Compliance for licensure documentation.
